My name is Tim some time ago I began sharing my work online — painting in a traditional Games Workshop style, focused on clean execution and classic techniques. But like everything in life, growth comes through change. Since then, my path has taken a darker turn.
Recently, I finished a full-scale horror diorama, something I never would have imagined creating when I first started posting. What began as careful edge highlights and box-art inspiration has evolved into storytelling through decay, atmosphere, and narrative. Grimdark isn’t just a style to me ++ it’s a way of capturing the tension, brutality, and quiet tragedy of the worlds I build.
My journey as an artist is still unfolding. Life pivots, and so does my style. Each project pushes me further into the unknown. Experimenting with texture, mood, and storytelling in new ways.
I don’t know exactly where this path will lead… but in the grim darkness of the far future, I’m excited to see what awaits.
I encourage you all to step into the Conclave Obscura community to ascend to higher mastery… or degrade into unseen depths. After all, in the shadows, elevation and ruin often become one and the same.
